If you go behind Sargam Cinema in Zone II of M P Nagar, you will find us at Shop No 231 in Chinar House. I’ve been running Arya Bhawan Restaurant here in Bhopal for a good while. This part of M P Nagar is always bustling with people going to the movies or finishing up work in the nearby offices. We’re tucked away a little bit, but once you find Chinar House, we are easy to spot. It’s a modest little shop. We don’t have much room for a lot of people at once, but we make it cozy. I remember when we first got the keys; the place was empty and we had to do all the wiring ourselves. It’s still got that homemade feel to it. The kitchen is small but we keep it busy. We get a lot of the cinema crowd after the shows let out. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone arrives at once, but we manage. My brother usually handles the counter while I’m in the back. We use regular ingredients we buy from the local market every morning. 462011 is a good area to be in. We don’t have a website or any of those modern things. We just open the doors and wait for people to come in. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Just look for Chinar House and you'll see us.
