You can find 9 Masala Street right inside the Bhopal Haat area in M P Nagar. It’s an interesting spot because we are so close to the D B City Mall, so there is always something going on nearby. Bhopal Haat has that traditional feel, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time just managing the stall and making sure the kitchen is stocked up. Being in M P Nagar means we get a lot of office workers and people out shopping at the mall. It gets really crowded on the weekends, and sometimes it feels like we can't move fast enough. We don't have a big office or a fancy management team. It’s just us working behind the counter and trying to keep the place organized. The smell of spices is everywhere, which is part of being in this kind of market. It’s a busy life here in Bhopal. The weather changes, the crowds change, but we are usually just doing the same tasks every morning. We wash the floors, we check the supplies, and we wait for the first people to show up after the mall opens. It’s just a normal job for us. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant movement of the city. We hope it stays busy as long as the mall is there.
