Amulya Restaurant & Garden

We've been here at E-8 on the Main Road for quite a while now. Most people know us because of the 12 No Bus Stop nearby in Arera Colony, which makes it easy to find us even if you aren't from this part of Bhopal. The garden area is something we spend a lot of time on. It gets dusty being right on the road, so we're always out there cleaning the chairs or watering the plants to keep things looking decent. It isn't a fancy place, just somewhere to sit and eat. Sometimes the traffic noise gets a bit loud during the evening rush, but that's just how it is in this neighborhood. We open up early to get the kitchen ready. My cousin usually handles the garden maintenance while I look after the seating. We don't have a huge staff, just a few local guys who've been with us for years. They know the regulars by name and which table they prefer. It’s a lot of work running a place like this, especially when the weather gets really hot in the summer months. We try to keep things simple. The menu hasn't changed much because we like what we make. You might see some stray cats around the edges of the garden; they seem to like it here too. It’s just a normal spot for people in Arera Colony to grab a meal without any fuss.
