WindZ Cafe & Restaurant

WindZ Cafe & Restaurant is a rooftop spot in G M Towers. We are located right in the 10 Number Market area of Arera Colony in Bhopal. Being on the roof means you have to go up several floors, but once you are there, you can see everything happening in the market below. It’s a pretty busy part of town. We spent a lot of time getting this place ready, just setting out the tables and trying to make it a decent spot to sit and have a meal. We don't have a big corporate backer or anything like that. It’s just a local business we run ourselves. The sun can be pretty hot during the day, so we mostly see people coming in during the late afternoon and evening. We spend our mornings carrying supplies up to the roof because there is no service lift in this building. It’s a lot of hard work that people don't see. The kitchen is small but we make it work for the menu we have. We aren't trying to be the most popular place in Arera Colony. We just want to provide a place where people can hang out for a bit. The lights from the market at night look pretty good from up here. We don't do much advertising, just word of mouth mostly. It’s a lot of cleaning up after the wind blows things around on the roof. We just take it one day at a time and keep things running.
