Vindhay Herbal Parlour

Being located in Kotra near the police station means we see a lot of people passing by our door every single day. The shop at 130 Vishali isn't very large, but it's enough space for what I need to do. I have always preferred using herbal stuff because that is what I learned a long time ago from my elders. You can usually smell the dried leaves and oils the moment you walk inside the door. Sometimes the smell is a bit strong for some, but most people seem to get used to it quickly. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon, but the current green color is okay for now. I keep my tools organized on a small wooden table near the back wall. Usually, the mornings are slow, and I spend that time mixing things or tidying up the glass shelves. Then in the afternoon, the local ladies from the colony start showing up one by one. We don't have a big neon sign outside, just a small one that's gotten a bit faded by the sun. It’s funny how everyone knows where we are just by saying we’re near the station. I’ve lived in Bhopal my whole life and this shop has been my second home for a long time. My old chair is still the most comfortable one in the place, even if the cushion is a bit flat.
