Arshis Beauty Clinic & Academy

We’re over at number 7, right opposite the Nayi Duniya Office on the Main Road, Jail Road. Arshis Beauty Clinic & Academy has been at this location for a while. It’s a busy part of the street. Being near the Nayi Duniya Office makes it easy for people to find us. We do a couple of things here. One part is the beauty side where we cut hair and do skin stuff, and the other part is the academy where students sit to learn. It’s never quiet here. There is always someone talking or the sound of a hairdryer going in the background. Jail Road is always moving, so we get a lot of people just walking in to ask about prices or what classes we have. We don't have a polished front desk person, just whoever is free at the moment to help out. The building is an older one but we’ve made it work for the business. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the weather is really bad, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a practical place for folks who want to learn a trade or just get their hair fixed up. We don't use any fancy marketing or glossy brochures. People usually just come because they know us or they saw the sign on Jail Road while passing by. It's a lot of work keeping up with everything but we enjoy the routine of it.
