Spice Ring Restaurant

Spice Ring Restaurant is situated over at E 5 in the Garden Estate Plaza. You’ll find us on the Airport Gandhinagar Road here in Bhopal. We are quite near Colonels Corner, which is a landmark most people in this neighborhood know well. Being on the road to the airport means we see a lot of different people coming and going. Sometimes it’s people rushing to catch a flight and other times it’s just families from the nearby housing estates looking for a meal. The plaza itself has its own rhythm. We open up early to get the cleaning done and start the prep work for the day. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring before the first customer even walks through the door. The space inside is simple. We didn't spend much on designers; we just put in some sturdy tables and chairs that can handle the daily use. Sometimes the hum of the traffic from the Gandhinagar Road gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our staff has been with us for a bit, and we all just kind of know what needs to be done without talking too much about it. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the cooking and keeping the place tidy enough for folks to feel comfortable. Bhopal weather can be unpredictable, but inside the plaza, it stays mostly alright. We’re just a regular local eating house.
