Sparakel Bueaty Salon

Sparakel Bueaty Salon is right here at Shop No 13 on Church Road in Barkheda. It’s pretty close to Rishipuram Phase 1, so we get a lot of people from that side walking over. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a few chairs and some mirrors we try to keep clean when things aren't too busy. I usually get here early to open up the shutters and sweep the front because the dust from the road gets everywhere. People around Bhopal know this spot as a place where you can just sit and wait your turn without much fuss. We’ve got the usual stuff for hair and skin, nothing like those big malls have, but it works for the folks living around here. Sometimes the tea guy from next door brings over some chai and we just talk about whatever is happening on the street. It gets a bit crowded on the weekends when the local ladies have more time to come by. The lights inside are a little bright, but it helps when you’re doing the fine work. Barkheda is a quiet enough area most days, which I like. We don’t have any big signs or loud music playing outside. It’s just a regular shop where you can get your work done and go home. Most of our customers have been coming here for years, so they know where everything is and how we do things around here. It’s just a simple life running a business on Church Road.
