Shuvam Hair Cutting Saloon

Situated on Bidisha Road in Bhanpur, our little shop is easy to find if you're looking for it. It’s right here in Madhya Pradesh, part of the 462001 area. We’ve been operating this saloon for a bit now. The space inside is quite small, so it gets crowded pretty quickly when more than three people show up. We have the usual tools, clippers, scissors, and a spray bottle that sometimes leaks a little. The mirrors are large and cover most of one wall. We like to keep the radio playing in the background, usually some old songs that everyone knows. Bhanpur is a growing area, so we see new faces quite often these days along with the regulars. The walk from the main part of the road isn't too bad. We usually start the day by wiping down the counters and checking the blades. It’s steady work. Nothing to get too excited about, but it pays the bills. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or so, and we just have to wait it out or work by the light from the door. That’s just life here. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. People just know where Shuvam is. We stay open until the sun goes down and then head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It's a quiet spot for a haircut and some local talk.
