Santusti Bhojnalay

If you go near the Chetak Bridge in Bhopal, you will find us at Shop No 10 in Gautam Nagar. It is a busy area with a lot of traffic going over the bridge. We are a small bhojnalay, just a simple room where we serve daily meals. The neighborhood is full of people going to work or running errands, so we see a lot of different faces. We don't have a lot of space for extra things, so we just keep it to the essentials like tables, chairs, and the kitchen in the back. The noise from the bridge is always there, but you get used to it after a while. We start early in the morning to get everything ready for the lunch crowd. It is a basic setup, nothing like the big places you see in the malls. We prefer it that way because it is easier to manage. People come in, eat their fill, and then head back out to the street. We don't bother with fancy lighting or expensive furniture. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time. We've been in Gautam Nagar for a bit now and know the rhythms of the street. When the sun goes down, we start cleaning up for the next day. It is just honest work in a busy part of Bhopal. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and keep the place running smoothly for our customers.
