Rush N Bite

Rush N Bite is situated right at the Bhopal Main Railway Station, specifically on Platform No 1 inside the Food Plaza. Since we are near the Bajariya Police Station in Aish Bagh, there is always something going on around here. We deal with a lot of people who are in a hurry to catch a train or have just arrived in the city. It is a busy spot, as you can imagine with it being a railway station. We spend our days getting food ready for travelers who do not have much time to wait. The kitchen is always moving and there is a lot of noise from the trains and the crowds outside. We are just a small part of the Food Plaza, trying to keep up with the rush. Most of us who work here are used to the fast pace by now. We see thousands of faces every week, most of them just passing through. It is not a quiet place for a long meal, but it is practical for what it is. We focus on getting things served quickly so nobody misses their departure. Living and working in the Aish Bagh area means we are used to the constant hustle. We keep the counter open and just keep going until the last train of the day. It is hard work but we are glad to be right in the middle of all the travel action.
