We focus on basic meals that people can eat every day without getting bored. The kitchen is small, but we keep it busy. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long while you eat. We don't have an air conditioner or fancy menus printed on glossy paper. It’s just a chalkboard or sometimes we just tell you what is fresh that day. My family helps out with the cooking and the serving. We get the grains and spices from the local shops around Ghora Nakkas. The water tank is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We don't spend money on ads because everyone in the neighborhood knows where we are. It’s a place where you can just sit down, have your meal, and get back to work. We try to keep the prices low so that everyone can afford to eat here. It’s a humble spot, and we are proud to be part of this busy Bhopal street. It is just everyday food for everyday people.
