Raj Gents Beauty Parlour

Our shop, Raj Gents Beauty Parlour, is located at Shop No 36 in the Gandhinagar area of Bhopal. We are out near the International Airport, so we see a lot of people coming and going from the city. The pin code here is 462036. Being near the airport means things can get a bit loud with the planes, but you get used to it after a few days. The shop itself isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. I usually start my shift by checking the water and making sure the towels are clean. Gandhinagar is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. But the shop stays pretty much the same. We have a few old chairs and some posters on the wall that have been there for years. People stop in before they go to the airport or when they’ve just come back to Bhopal. It’s a good mix of locals and travelers. I like to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. There’s no need for any fancy talk or corporate rules here. We just treat people like neighbors because most of them are. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings over a cup and we just chat for a minute while looking at the airport road. That’s a typical day for us at Shop No 36. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs a trim. So that is it for us.
