New Shivani Restaurant

Our little restaurant is located at Shop No C 9 in Jawahar Chowk, right in Bhopal. We are very close to the Hanuman Mandir and Unique College, so we get a mix of students and people coming from the temple. It’s a lively spot to be in, though it gets quite congested with scooters and pedestrians most of the time. We open up the shop early to get everything ready for the day. The kitchen is small, so we have to be organized to get the food out to everyone. We don’t use any marketing tricks; we just put a sign out and wait for people to come in. Most of our customers are regulars who live or work nearby in Bhopal. We spend our time cooking, serving, and making sure the tables are wiped down after every guest. It can get pretty hot in the middle of the day, but we just keep going. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one where you can grab a bite. The building is a bit old, but it serves its purpose. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about anything else. It’s a simple life running a restaurant here at Jawahar Chowk, and we're fine with that. It's just us doing our job every day and making sure the morning tea is ready.
