New Sangam Bhojnalay

New Sangam Bhojnalay is located at Plot No 8 in Zone 1 of M P Nagar. We are quite close to the HDFC Bank, so that is usually the easiest way for people to find us. Bhopal's M P Nagar area is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We run a bhojnalay, which means we focus on basic, filling meals for people who are out for work or just passing through. The setup is very simple. We have some tables, some benches, and a kitchen that stays busy from early on. We don't put much stock in fancy lighting or expensive furniture. We'd rather spend our time making sure the food is cooked right. Our staff is small, mostly just a few people who have been with us for a while. We know what our customers expect when they walk in. They want a meal that tastes like it was made in a real kitchen, not a factory. We don't use a lot of complicated recipes. It’s just standard fare that fills the stomach. Every morning starts with getting the vegetables ready and lighting the burners. By the time the lunch crowd hits, we are ready for them. It is a noisy, busy place during the peak hours, but that is part of the life here in Zone 1. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
