New Sai Mahima

We are located over in Zone 2 of M P Nagar, specifically at Plot No 116. If you know where City Hospital is in Bhopal, we are right near there. It is a busy area with a lot of offices and people running around all day. We started New Sai Mahima to give people a place to go that feels familiar. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. Most days are pretty similar, preparing things in the morning and getting ready for the lunch rush. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things are clean and the food is ready on time. It gets a bit hectic around noon when the office workers come out, but we try to keep up as best as we can. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People usually just find us because they are in the neighborhood or they work at the hospital nearby. We focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure nobody leaves hungry. It is a simple business, really. We pay attention to what we are doing in the kitchen and try to stay organized. Being in M P Nagar means there is always something going on outside our door. We've been here long enough that we know most of the people who walk by every day. It takes effort to run a place like this, but we are used to it.
