Naivaidyam restaurent

Down here at Shop no 5 in R.K Tower, things stay pretty busy throughout the day. M P Nagar is one of those places where there's always something happening, and being in Zone 2 means we see a lot of students and office folks. The restaurant isn't very big, so it gets a bit crowded during the peak hours, but nobody seems to mind too much. We try to keep things clean and the food moving out of the kitchen as fast as we can. My cousin and I handle most of the daily stuff, from talking to the suppliers to making sure the lights are working. It’s a lot of little tasks that add up. Some days the sink acts up or we run out of a certain ingredient because the delivery was late, but we manage. We don't spend money on fancy menus or decorations. The walls are just plain, and we have the usual tables and chairs you’d expect. It’s just a place to eat, really. We’ve had some people coming here for years, and we know exactly what they’re going to order before they even sit down. That’s the nice part of being a local business. You get to know the people around you. We don't use any special tricks, just standard cooking that fills you up. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Bhopal, trying to make it through each day and get things ready for tomorrow.
