Midway Restaurants

Our place is out at 11 Mile on Hoshangabad Road in Bhopal. We are right at number 23, across from Satyam Motors in the Misrod area. It’s a stretch of road where people are usually driving fast to get somewhere else. We set up here so people could have a place to stop and eat. It’s a decent sized space. We have plenty of room for people to sit down. It’s not a quiet area because of all the trucks and cars on Hoshangabad Road. We’ve got a team of cooks who have been with us for a while. They know the routine. We don't do anything too complicated with the menu. It’s just standard food that fills you up. The building itself is plain. We painted it a few years back but it could probably use another coat soon. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the generator. That’s just how it is here. We get a lot of people who work in the car showrooms nearby. They come in for lunch and we know what they usually order. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a manager in a suit. I'm usually around in my work clothes, making sure things are moving. It’s a lot of hours, but we like being part of this part of town. If you’re driving towards Misrod, you’ll see our sign. It's just a regular restaurant for anyone passing by. We aren't fancy, but we have enough chairs for everyone and the food is hot.
