Masala Mantra

Our place, Masala Mantra, is located at 549 in Roshan Pura, right in the T T Nagar area of Bhopal. We are pretty close to Bapu Ki Kutiya, which is a big landmark that most people around here know. This part of Bhopal is usually quite busy with traffic and people going about their business. We’ve been here for a while now, just running the kitchen and serving whoever walks in. It’s not a very big shop, just a few tables and a counter where we take orders. The kitchen gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. We don't have a fancy interior or any of those modern decorations. It’s just a plain spot for a meal. We spend a lot of our morning getting the vegetables ready and making sure the spices are sorted. T T Nagar has a lot of offices and shops nearby, so we see a lot of people during the lunch hour. Some of our customers have been coming to us since we first opened our doors. They usually just sit down and wait for their usual order without saying much. We don't really do any advertising or social media stuff. We just focus on the daily chores of running a restaurant.
