We are tucked away in Shop No 9 at the Ranthambore Complex. If you know the area near Jyoti Talkies Road in M P Nagar, you probably passed by us many times. Being in Bhopal, especially in a busy spot like M P Nagar, things stay pretty loud and active outside our door. We’ve been running MAHADEV VEG RESTRAUNT for a while now, mostly just focusing on getting the food right for the people who work nearby or come for movies at the Jyoti Complex. It isn't a fancy place with velvet chairs or anything. We have basic tables and chairs, and the kitchen is always going from morning until late evening. You can usually hear the pans clanging and smell the tadka from the street. We get a lot of regulars, people who just want a simple meal without any fuss. Sometimes it gets crowded, and you might have to wait a few minutes, but that’s just how it is here. We try to keep things clean and keep the plates moving. Most people find us because they are already in the complex for work or shopping. It's a straightforward spot. We don't spend time on big ads or anything like that. We just open the shutters, start the stove, and wait for the lunch rush to hit. It’s hard work being in the food business in Bhopal, but seeing the same faces every day makes it feel like we're doing something okay.
