Kajal Ladies & Gents Parlour

If you’re walking around M P Nagar in Bhopal, you might have passed by Kajal Ladies & Gents Parlour once or twice. We are located at B/75 in the Kasturba Nagar area. It’s quite close to the Chetak Bridge, which means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving past our door at all hours. We opened this place to handle both men and women because it seemed easier for families living nearby to just come to one spot. The shop isn't anything huge or complicated. We have some chairs, the usual tools, and we spend most of our time just chatting with the neighbors while we work. Bhopal can get a bit dusty with all the construction and the bridge traffic, so we are always wiping down the counters and the glass. It’s just a bit of a routine now. People come in talking about their day or what’s happening at the market. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the city, we just like having a steady stream of regulars who know they can drop by without a lot of fuss. Finding us is pretty easy since the bridge is such a big landmark around here. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded on weekends when everyone has time off, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been at this B/75 address for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street and the local people.
