Jardon Hair Salon

Jardon Hair Salon is my small business over at 547 A, near Ashoka Garden in Bhopal. This neighborhood is quite busy, and being near the garden means there’s always people walking by. I set up the shop here in the 462023 area because I liked the energy of the place. It’s a simple setup with just the basics needed for hair cutting and grooming. I don't use those fancy digital booking systems. People just walk in, and if there’s a chair free, they sit down. If not, they wait on the bench and read the newspaper for a bit. The shop is a bit cramped when there are more than three people inside, but nobody seems to mind much. We have a small mirror and a shelf for our clippers and sprays. Sometimes the heat in Bhopal gets a bit much, but we have a good fan that keeps the air moving. I’ve learned that as long as the blades are sharp and the service is honest, people will keep coming back. I’ve been here for several years now and I’ve seen the garden area change a lot, but my shop stays pretty much the same. It’s a reliable place for the local guys to get a quick trim. I usually stay until eight or nine at night, depending on how many people show up towards the end of the day. It’s a lot of standing, but it's good work.
