Harsh Parlour

Harsh Parlour is my small shop located in the Aish Bagh area of Bhopal. We are situated right by Chankyapuri Square, which is a place where a lot of people pass through every day. I’ve been working here for quite some time now. It’s a very simple place with just the basic stuff you need for a parlour. We don't have fancy lights or expensive furniture. It’s just a workspace for me and the people who come in. Most of our customers are from the local neighborhood in Aish Bagh. They stop by when they have a little free time. I try to keep the place clean and make sure the tools are ready for the next person. Living in Bhopal, you get used to the pace of life here. Chankyapuri Square is always humming with activity, especially in the mornings and evenings. Sometimes I stand at the door and just watch the people go by when the shop is empty. We don't do any big advertisements or anything. People usually just find out about us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. It’s a quiet life, but I like it that way. If you are around the square, you will see us there. We just focus on doing a decent job for everyone who sits in the chair. That is how Harsh Parlour has always been.
