Events Convent High School

Events Convent High School is situated at 70, Lallajpat Rai Colony, right in the Bagh Dilkusha area of Bhopal. We’ve been in this exact spot for a lot of years now. If you walk down the lane in Lallajpat Rai Colony, you’ll find our gates easily enough. The school building has been through many seasons and seen a lot of students come and go. We have some classrooms that get really bright sunlight in the early mornings, which is nice in the winter. It’s a high school, so things can get a bit serious with the older students worrying about their board exams. But we also have the younger kids who make a lot of noise during the lunch break. The hallways are a bit narrow, and we’ve decorated them with some old charts and drawings the kids made a few years back. Bhopal has its own slow pace, and we fit right into that. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything fancy. It’s just a local school run by people who live nearby. We spend a lot of time checking notebooks and making sure the drinking water cooler is always filled up. The gate stays closed once the classes start to keep the street noise out. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people in the colony knowing us from word of mouth. It’s a practical place. We teach the subjects, hold the exams, and have a small function once a year. It is just a regular part of life here.
