Davikaz Beauty Parlour

Our little shop is tucked away at 32 Malviya Nagar, right behind the DCM shop. If you know that area in Bhopal, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the shoppers. We have been here for a bit now, just running Davikaz Beauty Parlour as a small family-type thing. It isn’t a huge space, but we have enough room for a couple of chairs and the wash station in the back. Usually, the mornings are slow, so I spend that time reorganizing the nail polishes or wiping down the counters. Most of our regulars live right here in Malviya Nagar or work in the nearby shops. They just pop in after work to get their eyebrows done or maybe a quick hair trim. We don't really do the big fancy wedding stuff that takes all day, we mostly just stick to the basics that people need every month. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the door for light, but that’s just how it is here. The DCM shop is the best landmark to find us because our street is a bit narrow. We keep the tea kettle going in the back for when friends stop by. It’s a plain place, nothing like those big salons in the malls, but we like it that way. People come in, chat about their day, and leave looking a bit tidier.
