Ashirwad Salon

This is Ashirwad Salon over at Shop No 22 in the P & T area of Kotra. We’ve been here in Bhopal for a good bit of time. It’s a small shop, nothing too big. People from around the Kotra neighborhood come in when they need their hair looked at. We just keep things running. It’s not a fancy place with lots of bright lights, just a normal salon where you can sit and get a haircut. We know the 462003 area pretty well. Most of our regulars live just a few streets away. It’s nice seeing the same people every month. We don't have any big plans to expand or anything like that. We are happy right here at Shop 22. Some days the shop is quiet and we just sit and watch the street. Other days it’s one person after another. That is just how it goes. We do the basic stuff like cuts and shaves. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. It is just hair. If you are in the P & T area, you’ll find us. We don't do much advertising. People usually just find us by walking past. We keep the place clean and try to do a good job. That’s the way we’ve always done it here in Bhopal. It's a quiet life but it's ours. We appreciate everyone who stops by. We’ve seen many shops come and go but we stay here. It feels like home to us now.
