N.I.R.Group

Our place is in Bhiwadi, right near the State Bank of India and the Riico office. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always something going on. Being in the Tizara tehsil means we see a lot of people moving through for work. N.I.R.Group has been based here in the village and post office area for some time. The noise from the traffic is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We spend a lot of time coordinating things from here. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional space where we get our work done. The location is handy because of the bank and the other offices nearby. Most days are spent on the phone or meeting with people who come in from the surrounding district of Alwar. We don’t bother with much decoration. The walls are mostly covered with charts and schedules. It’s a practical environment. When the weather gets dusty, we just close the windows and keep going. It’s a local business through and through. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys at the bank. It feels like a community here, even with all the industry around. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is moving as it should. There’s always a lot to do, but we take it one step at a time. Sometimes the power cuts out, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back and we can resume our work.
