Amtek India Ltd.

The place for Amtek India Ltd. is located in the UIT area of Sector-2 in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The address is House Number 348 and 349, which are two units joined together to make more room for our operations. Bhiwadi is a very dusty town because of all the factories and the construction going on everywhere. The office is set up in what used to be a regular house, so it has a strange layout with small rooms and narrow hallways. We have desks crammed into most of the available space. The heat in Rajasthan is no joke, so we have coolers running all day, making that constant humming sound that we have all gotten used to by now. There are stacks of boxes near the entrance most of the time. We have a small crew of people who handle the paperwork and the logistics. Sometimes cows walk right past the front gate, which is just how things are around here. The water here is a bit salty, so we always have to bring our own bottles from home. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a couple of calendars and some charts pinned up. It is a very practical place meant for working, not for looking pretty. Most of the staff live nearby and walk or ride their bikes to get here. By the time we leave in the evening, the dust has settled a bit.
