Down here in Bhiwadi, out in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, we’ve got our setup for casting and machine work. It gets pretty dusty out here, but this area is good for industrial stuff. We spend most of our days working with the lathes and the casting equipment. It's a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the measurements. We moved into this space because we needed the room for the bigger machines. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but we manage. The team is mostly local guys from around Rajasthan. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving through the industrial zone. We handle a lot of different metal projects, some big and some small. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the shift. We clean up and start again the next morning. It’s a straightforward operation. We make parts, we machine them down to size, and we send them out. It’s busy work, and the heat in the summer can be tough, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been operating this way for a long time, just focusing on the work at hand and making sure the machines are greased and running. It is a simple way to run a business.
