Our place is located in the industrial area of Bhiwadi, specifically over in Rampur. If you’ve been to Mundana, you know it’s mostly factories and trucks moving in and out all day. Ashish Automotives is basically just a big shed with a lot of machinery inside. We spend most of our time dealing with the production line. It’s loud and there’s always a bit of oil on the floor, no matter how much we clean it. We’ve got a small team here. We don’t have a big HR department or anyone in suits. It’s just us in our work clothes getting the job done. The address says F-1205 A, but sometimes the mail still gets lost because the roads around here aren't marked very well. We make parts that go into other bigger machines. It’s practical work. There isn't much to see if you're looking for a showroom. It’s mostly just raw materials being turned into finished products. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually take our breaks. It gets really dusty in Bhiwadi during the dry season, so everything in the shop gets a layer of grit on it by the end of the day. We just keep our heads down and work through the schedule. It's a living, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We don't have fancy brochures or anything. People come to us because they need things made to a certain spec. We stay focused on the metal and the machines. It’s been this way for a while now and we don’t see it changing much.
