Warm Forgings Pvt. Ltd. is located out in the village of Bhiwadi, which is part of the Kahran Taluka. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, away from the main city centers, but we like the space we have. Our facility is where the heavy work happens. We have the big machines for forging, and they make a lot of noise throughout the shift. It’s a hot environment because of the furnaces and the metal work, but that’s the nature of the industry. We have a lot of local guys from the village working with us, some who have been here since we first opened the gates. The building is a large industrial shed with high ceilings to let the heat out. We don’t have much in the way of landscaping or fancy offices; it’s mostly just concrete and steel. We focus on getting the orders out on time for our clients who need these parts for their own machines. Life in Bhiwadi is quiet outside the factory walls, which is a nice contrast to the banging of the hammers inside. We keep a simple routine here. The day starts early with a safety check and then we get the fires going. It’s tough, physical work that leaves you tired at the end of the day, but there is a sense of satisfaction in seeing the finished pieces stacked up on the pallets ready for shipping. We finish up the last shift and turn off the big machines by late night.
