Balaji Autoparts Pvt Ltd is located at A-807 in the Riico Industrial Area, Phase-2 of Bhiwadi. Bhiwadi is right on the border of Rajasthan and Haryana. It’s a place that has grown incredibly fast. It used to be just fields, and now it’s nothing but factories. A-807 is our home here. It’s a standard industrial plot. We have a big shed where all the manufacturing happens. We focus on autoparts. It’s a lot of heavy machinery work. The noise is constant from morning until evening. It gets very hot in the summer, and the dust from the surrounding construction and traffic is always there. We have a team of about fifty people. Most of them live nearby in the new housing colonies that have popped up. We don't really have a corporate headquarters. The office is just a couple of rooms at the front of the factory. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and making sure the machines are maintained. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to make sure the parts we produce are up to the mark for the customers who need them. We’ve been in Bhiwadi since Phase-2 was relatively new. It’s been interesting to see it become such a massive hub. We’re just one part of that big industrial puzzle.
