Pidilite Ind Ltd.

We’ve been here at Plot No. Z-2 in the Sez-1 area for a good while now. It’s right across from Degan in Ta-Vagra. If you know this part of the world, it's pretty busy with all the industrial stuff going on constantly. We spend most of our days just getting the work done. The weather gets incredibly hot out here, but we keep the gates open and the trucks moving as best as we can. People usually find us by looking for the big sign near the main road. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a practical place where things get made and then shipped out to wherever they need to go. Some of the guys have been working here since we first opened this specific spot. We see the same faces every day at the little tea stall just down the road. Life at Pidilite Ind Ltd. isn't flashy or exciting. We deal with the usual daily headaches like power cuts or trucks showing up late, but we manage to stay on top of things. The office is always a bit cramped with files and spare parts, but it works for us. We try to keep things organized, even when it gets really hectic during the busy months. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. You’ll mostly hear the sound of the wind and people shouting over the noise to get things sorted. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks.
