Vital Chemtech Llp is down at Plot S-163 in the Dahej Gidc industrial estate. If you have ever been to Dahej, you know it is a massive place that feels like it goes on forever. We spend most of our waking hours here at the plant. It is a very industrial atmosphere with pipes and storage tanks everywhere you look. We aren't a big company with a fancy reception area. If you come by, you will probably just find us on the production floor or in the small office we built in the corner. We work with various chemicals, and it is mostly just a lot of routine work following the same steps every single day to make sure the batches come out correctly. The sun can be really brutal out here in Gujarat, so we try to get most of the heavy work done before the afternoon heat hits us too hard. We have been at this specific plot for a few years now and have gotten used to the noise of the neighboring factories. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know how to handle the equipment. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to do a good job so we can keep the business going for another year. Sometimes the supply trucks are late, which can be frustrating, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is just normal life here at the estate.
