Our place is over in the GIDC Industrial Estate in Panoli, specifically at 302 in Phase-II. Working in an industrial estate is a bit different from a regular city office. It is a lot more about the practical side of things. We are surrounded by other companies and factories, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Our office is where we handle the chemical side of the business, mostly dealing with orders and making sure the supply chain is moving. It’s a functional space with a lot of shelves for samples and technical manuals. We wear regular clothes, and things can get a bit dusty given the location. The staff here knows the chemical industry inside and out, so most of our conversations are pretty technical. We spend the day checking batches and talking to the people on the production side. It’s not a place for sitting around; there is always a delivery arriving or a shipment going out. We have a small area for meetings, but most of the time we just talk across our desks. Panoli can be a bit isolated, but it’s where the work is, so we are used to it. We take our breaks when we can and usually bring our own lunch since there aren't many places nearby. It’s just a steady, hard-working environment where we focus on what needs to be done without any extra flash.
