Anagha Chem Pvt. Ltd.

Anagha Chem Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Dahej industrial area, at site D-ii/ch-318. It’s a pretty intense place to work because of where we are. Dahej is full of big plants and factories, and ours is right in the middle of it all. We deal with chemical processing, so everything is very regulated and we have to be careful about everything we do. There are pipes running everywhere and big tanks that we have to monitor constantly. It’s not a desk job. We spend most of our time out on the floor or checking on the equipment. The air is always a bit heavy and it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. We wear a lot of safety gear, which makes the heat even worse, but it’s necessary. We don’t have a lot of visitors because of the security and the nature of the work. Most of our communication happens through emails or over the radio when we are on-site. We focus on the batches we are running and making sure the levels are correct. It’s a lot of technical stuff that we’ve learned over the years. We don't have any flashy signs or a fancy front office. It’s just a practical industrial site where we do our jobs and then head home. The work is steady and it keeps us busy from the moment we clock in until the shift ends. It is just the way things are in this part of Dahej.
