Selfie Restaurant & Bakery unit Hotel Nyay Mandir is located in the Sevashram Complex, right on Sevashram Road near Panch Batti. It is a very busy part of Bharuch. We have the restaurant side and then the bakery part too. Most days start really early because the bread needs to be ready before people head to work. The smell of the ovens usually fills up the whole ground floor area. Being near the Hostel Ground means we see a lot of students and young people coming in. The name might sound a bit modern, but we are just a regular local spot. The tables are usually full during lunch hours and it gets a bit noisy with people talking and the sound of plates. We try to keep things simple. If we run out of a certain cake or a dish, we just tell people. We don't have a fancy way of doing things. The staff has been here for a while and we all know each other’s habits. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes in the kitchen when the bakery orders and the restaurant orders come in at the same time. Panch Batti is always moving, so we stay moving too. We’ve seen the roads get paved and shops change hands around us, but we stay put at this address. It’s just a place to get a meal or a loaf of bread without any fuss.
