You can find us at A/19 in the Sardar Shopping Center over in the Shaktinath area of Bharuch. We’ve been here for a bit now, serving up South Indian food to the people who come by the shopping center for their errands. It is a simple place, not one of those high-end restaurants with white tablecloths and expensive decor. We keep things pretty straightforward and practical here. Most of our day is spent making idlis, dosas, and all the usual items people like to eat. The shopping center gets quite crowded in the evenings, so it’s usually our busiest time of the day. We have a small team here working the kitchen and taking orders from customers. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run out of a certain chutney or the wait is a bit longer than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes when the place is full. We use the same recipes we’ve had for years because they work. It’s mostly locals who stop in for a quick bite while they are out doing their shopping or meeting friends. We don't spend money on fancy flyers or posters to get people in. We just focus on getting the food onto the plates and making sure everyone gets fed. If you're in Bharuch and looking for a meal, you'll see our sign there. It’s just a regular spot for a regular meal. We’re just happy to be here in Bharuch serving our food every day to whoever stops by.
