South Express Restaurant

South Express Restaurant is located at 19, Kamnath Estate, right on the Old National Highway No 8 in Bharuch. We are pretty close to Abc Chowkdi, which is a spot most people around here know. Being on the highway means we get a lot of truck drivers and families traveling long distances. The building is not anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can cook and serve food. We have a small crew here. Some of us handle the cooking while others take care of the customers and keep the place clean. It gets dusty with all the traffic outside, so we are always wiping down the tables. We do not have a big mission or any corporate goals. We just want to get through the day, make sure everyone who stops by gets a meal, and keep the bills paid. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait when it is busy, and we just have to ask people to be patient. We use the same ingredients we have used for years. It is not about being the best; it is just about being here and doing the work. 392001 is our home base and we have seen plenty of people come through these doors. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen going, day in and day out, without making a big deal of it. It is just us here.
