We’ve been here on Bharuch Bypass Road for a while now. Most people stop by when they’re driving through Shahpura, but we get plenty of local folks from Bharuch too. It's just a regular spot where the kitchen starts early and stays busy until late. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. The tables are simple and we try to keep the place clean. Being right near the road means there’s always noise from the trucks, but you get used to it after a few days working here. My cousin and I handle most of the daily stuff, from checking the supplies to making sure the food goes out on time. Sometimes the weekend rush gets a bit hectic and things might take a minute longer, but we do what we can. People usually come in for a quick meal before hitting the road again.
