Infusion Restaurant

Being on Station Road means we are always in the middle of a lot of noise and movement. People are always coming from the railway station or heading toward it, so we see a lot of travelers with bags. The restaurant is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street. We open up early and stay open late to catch the people getting off the late trains. The inside of the restaurant is simple with standard tables and a kitchen that stays pretty busy. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and making sure the floor is swept. Bharuch is an industrial town, so we get many people who are here for work. They just want a hot meal and a place to sit for a bit. The staff knows the train schedules by heart now because the crowds come in waves. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is just a clean place to eat. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the station is busy, but that is part of being in this location. We just keep serving food and keeping the place running the way we know how.
