Aai Shree Khodiyar Kathiyawadi Dhaba

Aai Shree Khodiyar Kathiyawadi Dhaba is located right in the middle of things at Indraprasth Shopping Centre in Bharuch. Being so close to the railway station means we see a lot of people coming and going at all hours of the day. Across the street is the Axis Bank, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us near Pratin Three Road. We also end up serving quite a few people from Ankleshwar since it is not that far of a drive. The dhaba style is what we know best, so we do not try to make it look like some high-end restaurant. It is more about the food and getting people fed so they can get back to their busy day. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a little bit chaotic, and the noise from the station carries over, but it is a lively spot to be in. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers stop by for their breaks. The tables are basic, and we do not have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is just a practical place to sit down and eat. Usually, the afternoon sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, but we have some shade. People come for the Kathiyawadi taste, and that is what we focus on. We do not spend time on social media or big banners. We just open up in the morning and stay busy until the evening. It is a straightforward way to run a business.
