At Nulon Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., we spend our time at Plot No.: 405/6 in the Gidc Estate in Panoli. It’s a big industrial zone, and we are just one small part of it. Dealing with chemicals means we have to be careful and follow the rules, but we don't act like we are in a high-tech lab all the time. It’s a practical environment. There are barrels and tanks all over the place. We have a small team of people who have been here since the start. We know the smells of the different batches we are working on. It’s not the kind of job everyone wants to do, but we like the science of it. Panoli can be a bit quiet at night, but during the day it’s buzzing with trucks coming and going. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Our office is just a small room off to the side of the main production area. It’s often a bit messy with paperwork and samples from old batches. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy brochures or sales pitches. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time because they know we do what we say we will. We just focus on getting the mixtures right and making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just keep going and get the batches finished anyway.
