Star Oxochem Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Megha Industrial Estate in Jhagadiya. Jhagadiya is a pretty big industrial hub, and our spot in the Megha estate is where all our chemical processing happens. It’s a specialized environment, so we have to be careful about how everything is set up. The facility has a lot of pipes, tanks, and gauges that we monitor throughout the shift. It’s not the kind of work you can do without paying close attention to the details. We have a small team of people who really know their way around the estate. The air usually has that faint chemical scent that you get in these types of industrial zones. We spend a lot of time checking the labels and making sure the storage temperatures are right. It’s a lot of routine, but that routine is what keeps everything running smoothly for us. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters in a skyscraper; our main office is right there in the estate with the rest of the operation. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat of the afternoon which can make the physical work a bit tiring, but we just get on with it. We don't use a lot of flowery language to describe what we do. We just work with the materials we have and make sure they get where they need to go in the right condition.
