Over at Plot No. 765 in the Gidc Mega Estate, you'll find Privi Organics India Pvt. Ltd. It's a functional industrial site, nothing more and nothing less. We spend most of our time out on the floor managing the processes. The air often has a distinct scent because of what we handle here. We have been at this address for quite a few years now. The building has seen a lot of use, and it’s got that lived-in feel that comes with hard work. We don't have any polished reception areas or leather chairs. We have metal desks and sturdy workbenches. The crew here is used to the heat and the noise of the Gidc. We have our routines for when the raw materials arrive and when the finished goods need to go out. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the gauges. We talk to each other across the shop floor rather than sending a bunch of emails. If something needs fixing, we usually handle it ourselves or call someone from the next block over. It’s a community of workers all trying to do their best. We don't make big promises or use marketing speak. We just focus on the job at Plot 765 and making sure the day goes as planned without too many hitches. It’s just how we run things around here every day of the week.
