Finding us at Plot No. 7015 isn't too hard if you know the area well enough. Supranav Chemical Ind Pvt. Ltd. has its roots right here on this ground. It’s mostly just a group of us who have learned the trade over the years by just doing it every single day. The floor is usually covered in some dust or paperwork and the phones don't seem to stop ringing once the clock hits nine. We deal with various chemicals and it takes a lot of attention to make sure everything stays in its right place. It’s not the kind of job where you can just sit around and wait for things to happen on their own. We spend a lot of time checking the barrels and making sure the lids are tight. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there is a big order to finish up but we don't mind much as long as the work is steady. The office is small and a bit cramped with all the files we have to keep but it works for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know our chemicals and we know the plot number by heart. It’s a practical life and we are okay with that. Most of the guys here have families and lives outside but when we are on the plot it is all about getting the mixing and the packing done right.
