Meghmani Finechem Ltd. is situated at Plot No. Ch-1, Ch-2, right across from Luna Chemical in the Gidc Industrial Estate. It’s a heavy industrial area, so there’s always dust in the air and the sound of trucks reversing. We share the space with a lot of other units, and things can get pretty cramped during the busy season. Our plant isn't fancy. It’s full of tanks, ladders, and miles of wiring. We focus on fine chemicals, which means we have to be a bit more careful with our measurements. Most of us here have calloused hands and a few stains on our shirts. We don't have a corporate lobby with a receptionist. If you need something, you just find someone in a hard hat and ask. We have our own way of doing things that we’ve developed over a long time. It works for us. The office is just a small room with a couple of fans and a lot of logbooks. We don't use much marketing language because our customers already know what we do. They just care that the product shows up on time and it’s what they ordered. We try to be honest about our lead times and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s just a basic, hardworking factory life here. We drink a lot of tea and keep the pumps running through the day. That is how we operate.
