Govind Organics Industries Ltd.

Govind Organics Industries Ltd. is over at Plot D-3/135 in the GIDC-3 area. We have been here for a while now. The space is filled with reactors and cooling towers. It is a functional place. We do not spend much time worrying about the landscaping or the paint job on the walls. As long as the production line is moving, we are happy. The staff is mostly local guys who know the machines inside out. We do not use a lot of big technical jargon when we talk to each other. We just say what needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we have to wait it out, but that is part of the deal here. We handle organic compounds, which is a specific kind of work. It requires focus and a lot of checking and re-checking. Our desks are usually covered in log sheets and empty cups. We are not a big multi-national company with offices in five cities. We are just right here in GIDC-3. People know us by our name and our location. We try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It is about getting the job done and staying out of trouble. We like the work we do. It keeps us busy and pays the bills. That is enough for us. We hope the machines stay quiet and the orders keep coming.
