Star Indra Agriculture Bio Plants Private Limited is located out in Bhusawar, Weir, over in the Bharatpur district. Specifically, we are at the place of Smt Murti Devi. It is a very rural spot, which makes sense because we are all about bio plants and agriculture. Being out here in the village means we are right where the actual farming happens. It is not like being in a city office at all. We spend a lot of time outside, looking at how the plants are growing and talking to the people who are actually putting them in the ground. The weather can be tough sometimes, either too dry or too much rain, but that is just life in Bharatpur. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of money to spend on advertising. Most of what we do is just based on what works for the local soil. We have got a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it is moving sacks of soil or doing the accounts at the end of the month. It is a quiet life for the most part, but we like it. We are just trying to provide good plants and advice to the farmers around here. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to see the crops do well this year. That is enough for us and for the people we work with.
