We are located in Sanwalodadhayain, and you can usually find us through Shripal Singh, who is the son of Toda Ram. This company was started because we wanted to help the farmers in our village become more independent. That is why we have "Swantantra" in our name. It means freedom to us. We are not a big organization with offices in the city. We are right here in the village, working from a family home. It is a small place, and the business is run alongside the daily life of the farm. We spend our days talking about what we can grow better and how to make sure we are not just working for nothing. Prosperity is a big word, but for us, it just means being able to take care of our families and maybe have a little left over. We are not experts in marketing or anything like that. We just know about the soil here and what it takes to make things grow. Sometimes we have long arguments about the best way to do things, but that is just because everyone cares. We do not have a polished image. We are just regular people with dirt under our fingernails and a lot of work to do. We take things one day at a time and try to make the best decisions for the whole group. It is a slow process, but we are getting there.
